Jeff Banman serves as Head of Operations and Special Projects at Palladyne AI Corp., where he drives operational excellence to advance the company’s AI and robotics capabilities. With more than 30 years of experience in high-performance and high-stakes environments, Banman brings a distinctive blend of tactical expertise, leadership, and human performance optimization to his role.

 

Before joining Palladyne AI, Banman served as Chief Operating Officer at Millennium Health & Fitness, where he developed data-driven frameworks—such as the WELL Framework and Operation Dark Apex—to optimize wellness and readiness programs for government and executive clients. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Performance Officer, at Brute Force Training, where he spent more than two decades leading innovation in product design and adaptive load systems.

 

Earlier in his career, Banman served as a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger, CIA Counterterrorism Operator, and firefighter, gaining extensive experience in crisis management, decision-making under pressure, and team resilience. He later founded and led a human performance solutions venture that delivered biofeedback analytics and advisory services to military, government, and first responder organizations.

 

Banman is the author of When It All Goes to Hell: Thoughts on Chaos and Crisis from a CIA Counterterrorism Operator and creator of the C3 Framework (Comfort, Confidence, Creativity) for thriving in uncertainty. He continues to explore human behavior, leadership, and performance through his platform, The Banman Perspective.
